Golfer's or tennis elbow in Geldermalsen
Golfer's elbow is similar to tennis elbow, except here the cause lies in overloading the inner side of your elbow. From that inner side the pain again radiates into the forearm and wrist.
If you think only tennis players get tennis elbow, you have missed the ball. Tennis elbow is caused by overloading the outer side of your elbow, such as repetitive movements from heavy computer use. It can also follow a sudden heavy load on your muscles, for example playing tennis without a warm-up. This overloading creates tiny tears in the tendons that attach your muscles to the elbow.
